I remember him as Mgr O'Flaherty in the Summer School concerts - always asking for ladies to make up the "Living Rosary" for the October Devotions - never having any problem finding five fat women in the parish for the Lord's Prayer/Glory be.. beads but always in difficulty finding enough "tin" women for the Hail Marys.
