Re: What if we just said, 'wait'

Is it just English? I asked about this recently as a colleague of mine in Dijon in France wishes to use some of my mass responses (in French equivalents with adaptations) - She heard me talking abut the new Missal translations over here. I could not confirm if this was an English-only change. One cl...

Re: What if we just said, 'wait'

As a composer, I am not impressed with the new Gloria text (and others) - I am not incorporating it into new masses except in latin. Having had much discussion about this at various meetings, I believe many of the existing settings will be retained in a lot of places for quite some time to come - li...

Re: New Psalm Book - full 3 year cycle

The things you learn in the SSG forum... where would we be without it! My brother who works in Chicago sent the 'Waldo' version some years ago... now the penny has dropped! Thanks presbyter! If Grail 4 is anything like Apple's Snow Leopard OS... run and don't look over your shoulder lest you turn in...

VML... The texts used are the ones you will find in 'The Sunday Missal' - a new edition - Texts approved for use in England and Wales, Ireland and Scotland - Harper Collins publications. Re: New Psalm Book - full 3 year cycle

SC... ever edit a book? It's like 'Find Waldo' Yes, your observation is correct - however, it does not take from the meaning. So, I am 99.999999999999% faithful to the lectionary I think you will not find very many glitches. As for extended responses - Yes, I know that word repetition does not subst...

If you are not familiar with (or uncomfortable with) PayPal, let me know.
It is not necessary - I made it available only for convenience.

Re: New Psalm Book - full 3 year cycle

Veronica,
I have been 100% faithful to the lectionary text.
In one or two instances, I offer an option - like 'Taste and see' which you may view on the website. The shorter response is the lectionary one.

Re: New Psalm Book - full 3 year cycle

At the present time it is available directly from me. It is the most efficient method and all orders are dealt with immediately. A simple email or call is all that is required. If any of the publishers you mention wish to stock it, I will be happy to discuss it with them should they wish to get in t...

New Psalm Book - full 3 year cycle

Hi All, May I take this opportunity to wish you all a happy and prosperous new year. May I also take the opportunity to alert you to my new book which was formally launched in Cork City (IRL) immediately before Christmas. It is the full three year cycle including major feasts and solemnities. Some c...

And babies cry to get noticed! That does not mean they are bad!
Some are born to make things out to be far worse than they actually are.
David Bostock is based in Fulwood.

If your hallway is 2' 10"... you won't be needing an organ  But there are ways and means of making things fit!!

Re: Meerkat

For the record... My installation went to plan and arrived exactly when they said. Renatus had two of their staff together with David Bostock on site for two days. The experience cited strikes me as highly unusual, I could list far more fault issues and follow up problems in relation to three other ...
