Moderation action

For the first time, I have deleted a full thread from this forum. It had become a vehicle for continued anti vaccine and similar conspiracy views regarding the COVID pandemic, with little discussion about liturgy. This will not be allowed. This forum is about liturgy and for reasoned and sensible di...

Re: Rabbits.

I have no issue with reasoned comment/discussion about the current restrictions on the way liturgy can be carried on in public and the extent to which they may or may not be necessary or desirable - indeed it would be welcomed (assuming that it complies with the normal rules for this forum). Re: Liturgy

This thread has gone down a 'rabbit hole' that has nothing to do with liturgy. I have deleted the relevant posts and I have locked the thread.

Re: The Great Awakening

I have let this run for a bit in the hope that it would lead to a discussion of liturgical matters. It's not really going that way at the moment. I have edited the thread a bit and will leave it running for a bit longer. If it does not move into matters liturgical reasonably soon I will close it off.

Re: One License and Church Support Group

This has given rise to a few queries locally and I have asked One License for further information. I will update as soon as I hear anything.

Closure of Churches

After some inconsistencies in the Government's guidelines that were issued last night which have now been resolved, the Bishops Conference has just directed that all Catholic Churches in England & Wales should be completely closed with immediate affect. This will soon be disseminated through the Dio...

Re: Liturgical Tourism

I hate to be a party pooper, but the last 9 postings have had virtually nothing to do with Liturgical Tourism. When I get a bit of time later I will set up a new topic for the translation issues and move the relevant postings to it so that this thread can properly reflect its title and the translati...
