Resources for Teachers

Spirit of the Season 3 is a resource for teachers and chaplains responsible for liturgy. It is full of useful information for those involved in arranging liturgies for children, including sections on finding the texts for Mass, leading prayers, and using scriptures with confidence, focusing in particular on the season of Lent .

This edition also includes an section on the Sacrament of Reconciliation and some ideas for non-sacramental services of penance for younger children. There is an article on the Jubilee Year of Mercy and a section on the use of Holy Doors.

It is produced jointly by the National Liturgy Office and the Society of Saint Gregory.
