Psalm Response 22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time (B)

I'm confused. The Southwark Diocese Music Planner (and several other resources) for this Sunday gives the psalm response as "Lord, who shall be admitted to your tent."

The SSG planner (and some resources) give "The just will live in the presence of the Lord".

Which is correct - was there a revision at one time from the former to the latter?

And a supplementary question: If the Latin, according to the Chabanel project, is "Dómine, quis habitábit in tabernáculo tuo?" will it be translated as "Oh Lord, who will inhabit your tabernacle?" in future lectionaries?

Have just grabbed an Irish publication and one from England & Wales. The former gives "Lord, who shall be admitted to your tent" and the latter, "The just will live in the presence of the Lord" which is also what is given on the Liturgy Office website and by http://www.universalis.com

especially if camping in a field and a sheep is unintentionally "admitted to your tent"! Coat being fetched as I speak!

This is one of the few responses that was changed in the later edition of the Lectionary. Therefore, while "The just will live in the presence of the Lord" is correct according to the 1981 Lectionary, "Lord, who shall be admitted to your tent" is also "correct" according to the 1970 Lectionary, which has not been abrogated by the later edition. They may co-exist until the revised Lectionary (with a different translation of scripture and a different psalm version) appears who-knows-when? (At least 5 years down the road, it is thought.)

Let's hope the translators combine accuracy and poetry in a way that seems to have been beyond the inclination or ability of their recent predecessors. Still - it ill becomes Catholic musicians to criticise their technical ability, artistic sensibility or liturgical fidelity.

Translators will have no say in a revised Lectionary. Rome will dictate which existing translation of scripture is to be used. (At the moment they are gung-ho on ESV, a rather literal translation produced by American Calvinists.)

I beg to differ. Surely it is the duty of those who notice an error to point it out.
