So 'All things bright and beautiful' is a song, not a hymn? Does the same also apply to, e.g. 'Sweet Saviour, bless us 'ere we go'?

We are talking about the choral setting by John Rutter here: no participation by the people at all. That's not a hymn (or a song), surely?
