Summer School
"The Society of Saint Gregory Summer School is a most important resource. It provides an opportunity like no other for liturgical ministers of all sorts - those on the 'front line', like singers, instrumentalists, readers, and clergy, and those working behind the scenes like liturgy groups and catechists - to consider their role as ministers, to develop new skills and to practise new ones, and in all of this to enjoy themselves too."
Rev Allen Morris, former Liturgy Office Secretary, Bishop's Conference of England and Wales
"I was just overwhelmed by the Summer School - it was very positive, filled with great hospitality and rich offerings by others that were like a mini-retreat for me. I was very moved by the sense of continuity over time - you people have been in this for the long-haul. An overplus of mutual charity and community that felt like an anticipation of heaven!"
Bob Hurd, liturgist and composer
It is not very often that you go into a place and feel like you’ve been there and known everyone your whole life, but it is certainly something you experience alongside heart-warming liturgies and enthralling and educating music sessions whilst attending the Society of Saint Gregory’s Summer School. To attend the Society of Saint Gregory Summer School is both a joy and an honour. To be a part of something so special and unique was, beyond doubt, one of the best experiences of my life. Being a part of the SSG community was truly inspirational.
